Most of the shellfish in our product range is caught by our own modern trawler fleet and is fished in the deep unpolluted waters around Greenland and the Arctic ocean. All of our shellfish is exclusively processed and produced within the Polar organisation. This ensures tight controls, guaranteeing consistency and high quality.
